Three feature blocks with icon suggestions

  • Preconstruction Control: Ensure IS/QA plans, subcontractor scopes, logistics plans, and QA/QC protocols are ready before the first delivery.
  • Site Execution Oversight: Daily technical supervision, civil and electrical checks, adherence to drawings, workmethod approval, and nonconformance management.
  • Commissioning and Handover Assurance: FAT/SAT coordination, performance testing, documentation review, and warranty activation to secure guaranteed output and owner readiness.

What We Do

  • Independent Technical Supervision: Provide impartial, owner‑appointed supervision covering civil, mechanical, electrical, PV modules, inverters, trackers, mounting, cabling, earthing, and protection systems.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and enforce QA/QC plans, perform inspections, checklists, material traceability, and witness factory and site tests.
  • Schedule and Progress Management: Monitor progress against baseline schedules, identify critical path risks, recommend recovery measures, and validate contractor claims for extensions or delays.
  • Safety and Environmental Compliance: Audit site HSE plans, enforce contractor compliance, lead toolbox talks, and confirm environmental protection measures during construction.
  • Technical and Commercial Claims Support: Review variation claims, evaluate change orders, quantify defects, and prepare technical assessments that protect owner interests in disputes.
  • Testing, Commissioning and Performance Validation: Manage pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and performance acceptance tests; validate PR (performance ratio) and guarantee metrics; submit final acceptance certificates.
  • Lifecycle Handover and Warranty Oversight: Compile O&M manuals, as‑built documentation, spare parts lists, and handover packages; monitor warranty KPIs and defect rectification during the warranty period.

Supervision Process

  • Mobilisation and Review: Review project documents, baseline schedule, contract scope, and QA/QC plans; embed supervision team and set governance.
  • Pre‑construction Controls: Approve drawings and method statements; perform materials and factory inspection plans; confirm logistics and storage protocols.
  • Construction Monitoring: Daily inspections, checklist records, nonconformance reporting, and progress reporting with photographic and geotagged evidence when required.
  • Commissioning Oversight: Witness FAT/SAT, check inverter settings and protection coordination, run performance tests, and prepare final acceptance reports.
  • Handover and Closeout: Deliver complete handover pack, as‑built drawings, test reports, training sessions for O&M teams, and closeout of punch lists.
  • Warranty Phase Support: Monitor initial performance, manage warranty claims, and verify rectifications until contractual guarantees expire.
